This van is designed for daily driving, mobile toy garage, medium duration trips for 2 people, and an after-session hangout zone with friends. The interior needed to be high in storage capacity but low in weight. We went with a full galley on the driver side with a bit of space for the front swivel seat. On the passenger side, we have our closet that features 5x more storage volume to our traditional single upper unit. The ceiling is totally lined with storage front to rear. With so much inside, we went with a light color scheme to open up the space.

The kitchen is designed for full ergonomics while preparing food. A new feature on this van is our microwave and 3 drawer combo. The fridge is a spacious Dometic NRX 115s running on 24V. A single burner induction is next to the sink and over the driver galley is the Double Upper, providing that additional pantry convenience and utility.

Trips to La Ventana and Hood River are yearly scheduled. However the van is also a daily driver for local sessions to the Delta and Chrissy Field. It was important to have a lot of storage volume for not only sport, but sustained month-long trips during the year. On the ceiling, we filled every possible location on the structure with storage: Half cubbies, closed upper cabs and cubbies, double uppers and even the closet in the slider door area. All cabinets have full white exteriors.

Going for a clean aesthetic, we used Thatcher Pebble fabric on the walls and ceiling, white phenolic laminate surfaces for all storage, and bamboo countertops on all flat surfaces. We finished the floor in our earth-tone marine flooring.

A new product we have installed in the galley is the microwave drawer unit. Measuring at 543 mm wide, this unit has a single drawer on top, a triple unit with a 1 cubic foot microwave below and drawer volume above, and finally a single drawer at the bottom. The idea is to conceil the microwave when not in use and maximize storage volume in the galley.
